About product: Gypsum-based intermediate filler with special additives is used to fill the gaps between gypsum boards. Meets the requirements of AZS 046-2000 standard.

Purpose: It is used in the walls and ceilings of buildings, in filling the gaps of gypsum boards, as well as in other interior spaces where gypsum intermediate filler is required. The fineness and optimal composition of the mixture allows the gap to be completely filled and does not crack due to its elastic properties.

Surface preparation: The surface must be dry and firm, free from dust, dirt, foreign bodies and all residues that prevent adhesion.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

Preparation of the mixture: Preparation of the mixture: 10 kg of the mixture is sprinkled in 6.5-7 l of water, wait 4-5 minutes, mix with a mechanical mixer or by hand until a homogeneous solution is obtained.

Application of the mixture: The mixture is applied to the surface in two stages. In the first stage, the finished mixture is applied to the joints of gypsum boards, and after hardening, a grid tape for gypsum boards is glued on that gap. In the second stage, the finished product mixture is applied on a plasterboard strip 10 cm wide. After the mixture hardens, a gypsum-based facing plaster mixture is applied over it.

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place,can be stored for 6 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
