About product: “Kartonpier Ultra” is widely used as one of the most important gypsum adhesives in the building materials industry. Meets the requirements of GOST 125-79.

Purpose: Ultra gypsum is an indispensable material mainly in decorative works, preparation of dry mixes, molds, castings, architectural works.

Surface preparation: The surface must be dry and firm, free from dust, dirt, foreign bodies and all residues that prevent adhesion.

Preparation of the mixture: Pour the appropriate amount of water into a clean bowl. ”Kartonpiyer Ultra” gypsum is sprinkled on water (10 kg of gypsum per 7 liters of water). Wait 2-3 minutes for the gypsum to fully mix with the water. It should be mixed with a mechanical mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Hardening time is 15-25 minutes.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place,can be stored for 6 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
