About product: Used for bonding ceramics, natural stone and other facing materials, it is a high-quality, water, frost and heat resistant universal adhesive that can be used indoors and outdoors (facades). Meets the requirements of AZS 039-2000 standard.

Intended use:

• exterior (facade) and indoors

• in gluing stone wool, XPS and EPS

• on warm floors

• on horizontal and vertical surfaces

• in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens

• in public places where traffic is intense

• on surfaces with variable weather conditions

• in swimming pools, reservoirs, balconies and terraces

• It is used for gluing facing materials on surfaces such as concrete, plaster, floor plaster.

Surface preparation: The surface must be cleaned of dust, dirt, oil, bitumen stains and paint. The strength of the surface should be checked and, if necessary, repaired. The surface should be washed with binder or water 24 hours before in order to improve adhesion.

Preparation of mixture: Add a dry mixture (6-6.5 liters of water, 1 bag of mixture) to a bowl containing water, wait a few minutes and mix mechanically or by hand until a homogeneous mass is formed. After waiting for 5-6 minutes, the solution should be mixed again and used within 60 minutes.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

Instructions for use of the mixture: Apply the mixture on the prepared surface (thickness: 2-15 mm) and level out using the flat side of a notched trowel. Move the notched side of the trowel over the coat to "comb", place the cladding material on the adhesive coat and push gently to fix. Use rubber hammer for proper fixation of the cladding material. Fixation of cladding material is complete 10 minutes after placing. The open working time is 20 minutes under normal temperature and humidity conditions (temperature: 20°C ± 2°C; humidity: 65-70%).

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place, can be stored for 12 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
