About product: Brick, saw stone, concrete, etc. gypsum plaster applied with special plastering equipment designed for direct plastering of interior walls made of materials. Meets the requirements of GOST 31377-2008.

Purpose: Machine plaster with sound and heat insulation, rich in chemical additives, is applied directly to the walls lined with brick or sawn stone and replaces cement-sand plaster.

Surface preparation: Before applying gypsum-based plaster, the surface should be cleaned of dust, dirt and other foreign objects that prevent adhesion. The strength of the surface should be checked and, if necessary, repaired. Due to the increased water absorption capacity of some surfaces (brick, sawn stone) in hot weather, the surface should be thoroughly washed with a binder or water before plastering. To increase adhesion on moldy northern concrete surfaces, it is necessary to use "Giper Kontakt" or other products that smooth the smooth concrete surfaces.

Preparation and application of the mixture: The required amount of plaster mixture is added to the hopper of the machine with continuous flow of water, the mixing ratio is adjusted, the mixture is automatically homogenized and the surface prepared by the compressor on the machine is smoothed to a thickness of 10 mm and the excess is removed. If the plaster does not sink when pressed with a finger, then the surface can be smoothed with a trowel. When the thickness is more than 3 cm, the plaster is applied in two layers.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place, can be stored for 6 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
