About product: It is a cement-based, chemical-enhanced, one-component self-expanding mixture that provides a porous and smooth surface. The product spreads freely and forms a flat surface.

Surface preparation: The concrete quality of the concrete floors to be applied by Professional S100 must be C 20 type or at least 350 marks and the floors must be at least 3 weeks old. The breaking resistance of the ground concrete must be at least 1.5N / mm2, the floor temperature must be at least + 10 ° C. Care must be taken to ensure that the surface is firmly dry, dust-free and clean. Any grease, dirt, rust, algae residue that will weaken the surface adhesion should be thoroughly cleaned and there should be no gaps on the surface.

Preparation of the mixture: Fill a clean container with the amount of clean water indicated in the consumption. The bag of the product is opened, slowly added to the water and mixed with a mechanical mixer at 400-600 rpm until homogeneous. After a 3-minute break, mix again for 1 minute and it is ready to use.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

Use of the mixture: For perfect adhesion, the Professional S100 mixture should be applied to the floor by pouring it with a stiff brush. Any foam that may form on the surface should be removed with a thorny roller, and the resulting dust layer should be cleaned with industrial vacuum cleaners.

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place,can be stored for 6 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
