About product: Natural gypsum and perlite-based plaster mixture of brick, sawdust, concrete, etc. It is used for plastering walls made of materials. Meets the requirements of GOST 31377-2008.

Purpose: Sound and heat insulation, rich in chemical additives, is applied directly to the walls lined with brick or sawn stone and replaces the cement-sand plaster.

Surface preparation: Gypsum-based plaster without application the surface must first be cleaned of dust, dirt and other foreign matter that prevents adhesion. The strength of the surface should be checked and, if necessary, repaired. Due to the increased water absorption capacity of some surfaces (brick, sawn stone) in hot weather, the surface should be thoroughly washed with a binder or water before plastering. To increase adhesion on moldy northern concrete surfaces, it is necessary to use "Hyper Contact" or other products that smooth the smooth concrete surfaces.

Preparation Of the mixture: Pour 5-6 liters of water into a clean container, add 10 kg of product and wait for a few minutes, then mix mechanically or by hand until a homogeneous mass is formed. After waiting for 5-6 minutes, mix the solution again. Low speed should be used when mixing mechanically.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

How to use: The primer is applied to the surface with a trowel and smoothed.

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place,can be stored for 6 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
