About product: Cement-based intermediate filler for tiles, ceramics, marble and other facing tiles. Meets the requirements of AZS 039-2000 standard.

Purpose: Cement-based mixture that can be used for bonding ceramics, granite, marble and other facing materials in pools, baths and other damp places. The mixture containing chemical additives has high viscosity and elasticity and provides waterproofing.

Preparation of surface: Wait for the cladding to adhere firmly to the surface before use. Before use, the surface should be cleaned and wiped with a damp sponge. The surface must be dry and firm, free from dust, dirt, foreign bodies and all residues that prevent adhesion.

Preparation of the product: The water to be used is poured into a clean container and the product is slowly added and mixed at a speed of 400-600 rpm for 3-5 minutes until the balls are dissolved. After resting for about 3-5 minutes, mix again for 30 seconds to make the product ready for use.

Note: Make sure that the water, utensils and tools used are clean.

How to use the mixture: The intermediate filler is filled between the pans with a rubber trowel in a cross motion. A rubber mallet should be used to properly position the facing materials. Fixation should be carried out within 10 minutes. The open working time is 20 minutes under normal conditions (temperature 20°C± 2°C, humidity 65-70%).

Storage conditions and durations: Product in a dry and clean place, can be stored for 12 months by stacking a maximum of 10 pieces on wooden or similar pallets, provided they do not touch the floor.
